Nicole Stevenson, M.S.
Licensed Psychological Associate - Intern
Mrs. Nicole Stevenson is a licensed psychological associate (LPA) intern supervised by Dr. Armstrong. Nicole specializes in the administration and scoring of psychological and neuropsychological tests. She provides services for ADHD/ADD, Autism spectrum disorder/Asperger's disorder, learning disorders, intellectual disorders, dementia and mild cognitive impairment. She is an asset to the clinical team with her skill set and outgoing, caring nature. She strives to create a low-stress environment for each patient during the assessment process. Nicole has a master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in clinical psychology, graduating with honors from Capella University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in forensic psychology, graduating with honors from Ashford University. She will begin the Psy.D. program at California Southern University soon. The study of human behavior, mental health disorders and psychopathologies have been a life-long interest that continues to grow as technology advances the fields of psychology and neuropsychology. Nicole is a member of Family Fellowship and in her downtime, she likes to be outdoors with her family whether hiking/camping in the mountains, playing in the ocean or enjoying backyard sports and cookouts.

Talor Trenchard, M.S., L.P.A.
Licensed Psychological Associate - Doctoral Resident
Mrs. Talor Trenchard is a licensed psychological associate (LPA) specializing in the administration and scoring of neuropsychological and psychological tests. She is formally supervised by Dr. Armstrong. Talor is an integral part of our clinical team and provides consultative services frequently for ADHD, giftedness, and child/adolescent psychopathology. She has a master's degree in applied psychology and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A&M University - Commerce. Talor is also currently earning her doctoral degree (Psy.D.) in clinical psychology at California Southern University. In addition to her work at Neurobehavioral Consultants, Talor serves on the North Lamar ISD, Everett Campus Planning Committee and as a member of the children’s counsel and a Sunday school teacher at First United Methodist Church in Paris, Texas.
Levi Armstrong, Psy.D., M.S.C.P.
Dr. Levi Armstrong is the owner of Neurobehavioral Consultants, PLLC in Paris, Texas and co-owner of Integra Psychological Services, PLLC in Wylie, Texas and a clinical neuropsychologist (Texas #36271) specializing in the evaluation of a wide range of medical, neurological, and psychiatric problems for children, adolescents, and adults. Born and raised in rural northeast Texas, he is passionate about increasing access to mental health services to under-served populations and is an active advocate for legislative provisions in line with this goal. He provides psychological and neuropsychological services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults and is contracted with various agencies such as the Social Security Administration (disability evaluations), the Department of Rehabilitation Services (DARS) / Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for vocational rehab services, MHMR for IDD services, and as an independent psychologist examiner/consultant for local school districts for ADHD testing, learning disability evaluations, and FIE's. He has had hospital privileges at Paris Regional Medical Center (PRMC) since 2015 and has consulted in the outpatient neurology, outpatient PM&R, and inpatient geropsychiatry departments.
Dr. Armstrong earned a bachelor's of science from Texas A&M University - College Station in community health/biomedical science, a master’s degree in psychology (professional counseling emphasis), and a doctorate in clinical psychology with a specialty emphasis in clinical neuropsychology from the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He completed a 1-year, APPIC - approved, pre-doctoral internship in clinical neuropsychology in Dallas and subsequently completed a formal two-year post-doctoral residency in Tyler/Paris, Texas under the supervision of a board certified clinical neuropsychologist. Additionally, earned his post-doctoral masters of science degree in clinical psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which affords him advanced knowledge and clinical training in the clinical application of psychotropic medications. At this time, however, Texas does not allow psychologists with this advanced training to prescribe. Although he is available to consult with his patient's prescribers, Dr. Armstrong cannot and does not prescribe medication.
Dr. Armstrong is a member of many professional organizations including the Texas Psychological Association (including the psychopharmacology legislative committee), National Academy of Neuropsychology (NAN), the Academy of Medical Psychology (AMP), and the Early-Career Neuropsychologist Division of the American Psychological Association. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Armstrong is also a full-time graduate professor in the Human Behavior and Counseling Department at Amberton University in Dallas, Texas where he teaches graduate counseling coursework to prospective master's level professional counselors. He is very passionate about the the evaluation and treatment of brain disorders as it is related to psychology, neurology, psychiatry, and general medicine via psychopharmacology, counseling, and neuropsychology.
Dr. Armstrong is happily married to his best friend and beautiful wife. They have a precious daughter and son who keep them laughing (and very busy!). In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, playing with his kids, playing guitar, and going on walks with his children: Rio the Labrador and Lucy the Mini Border-Doodle. In the fall, you're most likely to catch him watching his alumni the Texas A&M Aggies play college football on Saturdays. He attends church in Wylie, Texas and is a proud sponsor of Wylie Young Life & Lamar County Young Life. As such, he believes that every human being, including his patients, deserve to be treated with dignity and compassionate acceptance, grace, and love.
